International Reseller Program (IRP)

The Aensō International Reseller Program (IRP) is a wholesale discount program available to business customers across the world. Basic information is available below. For more information, please fill out the Become a reseller form and we will coma back to you as soon as we have reviewed you request. 

Overview of status levels and discounts

Discounts are calculated by the amount you order per year. Our system counts your orders and grants the following discounts automatically. They are counted for the last 365 consecutive days.

Description
Reseller Basic 20 % up to 3000 EUR * The initial reseller status. This is where you start. This is what the discount for your first order will be.
Reseller Bronze 25 % up to 4000 EUR * Second step - when business picks up. You will receive a bit more discount here.
Reseller Silver 30 % up to 5000 EUR * Silver is the second highest status available under this program. Discounts are getting bigger here.
Reseller Gold 40 % over 5000 EUR * The highest level. Consider talking to us about national distribution if you exceed this (or expect to).

Key facts about the program:

  • The IRP is available in countries without an active distribution. If your country has an active distributor, you have to negotiate your conditions with them directly. National distributors are advised to offer similar wholesale programs for their resellers. In case a distributor does not provide you with wholesales opportunities, please contact us directly at info@aensocarcare.com.
  • Payment with the IRP is always in advance. We do not offer payment terms at this time.
  • Delivery of goods is Incoterms 2000 EXW - Ex Works. This means that we will prepare the palettes for you, wrap them, and make them available for pick-up. Transportation is on you. We can facilitate transportation for you on your account, and in most cases we will be able to offer you the best price for transportation. You pay the price in a separate invoice before the goods leave.
  • More information, technical information and marketing support conditions are available upon a positive application review. 

Note: We reserve the right to modify and change the status structure, prices, levels, conditions as well as discontinue or temporarily suspend the International Reseller Program at any time.
