Payment options

At this time, we offer the following payment options:

• ONLINE PAYMENT - Recommended payment method free of charge and the fastest way to pay. It offers payments by credit cards, debit cards, transfers, Google Pay, Apple Pay and many others. This method is offered via a payment gate provider (Global Payments).
• BANK TRANSFER - You can pay for your orders by transferring funds to our account. In such a case, we will issue an invoice / proforma invoice or order confirmation with our banking information. You can transfer funds there and we will ship your order once we have confirmed your payment. This may take several days. Currently, we charge you 1,00 EUR for this service.
• CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) - In some countries, we offer a cash on delivery service. This option is offered to you during the ordering process in case the service is compatible with your order (i.e. the destination, weight, value etc.). We do not offer this option to all destinations and unfortunately, we can make no exceptions as it is integrated in our systems. Outside of the ordering process we also do not publish a list of countries where COD is available.

The payment gate on our website is offered to you via a local branch of Global Payments in Slovakia.
