Shipping options

We offer various options for shipping and delivery in cooperation with the following logistics providers:

Some key facts about shipping:

• you will be offered shipping methods based on the country of delivery (destination)
• some shipping methods might not be available in your destination and we do our best not to offer those to you
• some shipping methods might not be compatible with the payment method you have chosen and we do our best to filter out any conflicts
• we (currenty) do not offer pick up at our location in Bratislava as it is an industrial location, not a retail store
• all delivery times are estimations based on infromation we get from our partners and we can not strictly guarantee any of them

Best practices in making sure your package reaches you in the expected time:

• make sure your address is exact
• make sure your phone number is up to date and in international format (i.e. +421 for Slovakia, or +44 for the UK, or +1 for North America)
• if ordering to a business address - don't forget the name of the business
• check the tracking, to spot issues ASAP

Please note, that global logistics is a complex business and sometimes, not everything goes as expected. In such cases, we will do our best to ensure a timely resolution of any shipping delays.

Please note, that some modes of shipment also depend on weights. While we have configured our system to count weights of products in your order, sometimes this might not be fully accurate, especially with large shipments. If this is the case, we might have to modify your shipping method. In such a case, we will contact you in advance and confirm.
